Hi! I can't exported a file to web (animate gif). The message is "mpossible to perform this operation. An indeterminate error has occurred". How to fixed it, pls?

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you are using along with the macOS version you are running? Since when are you facing this issue?
