Unable to open cloud documents

My photoshop is currently unable to open any cloud documents. When selecting cloud documents in the program it shows "Something went wrong. Please restart the app" and when trying to open them from the website it shows "Could not download becasue you are not signed in or there was a problem setting up cloud documents."  I can download the files and open them fine though.

I've tried reinstalling creative cloud and photoshop but the same issue.

Creative cloud desktop app is also stuck on files syncing but giving no indication of how many files to sync or how far progressed it is (previous it would show x of y files sync'd)

Photoshop version 22.3

MacOS version: 11.2.3

You might need to use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove the applications and reinstall them.
Also check your system specs.

Maybe reset your Photoshop preferences before uninstalling to see if that resolves the issue, you can do that under the General tab in Photoshop preferences.

Thanks, had to use the cleaner tool to remove it first and then reinstall. Its now syncing (going to take while, almost 40,000 files). Can view and open files from within photoshop now
