Unable to save pngs under same name

Whenever I'm trying to save a png under the same name it tells me that I do not have the rights to save anything in that folder. 

I export the first version as png is no problem at all. But if I want to do some changes and save it again under the same name it does not work. 

I already set every folder to be accessible by anybody. And I already ran Photoshop as an administrator. 

Please help me.

Perhaps the File is locked. Did you use the save file in any application after you save it using Photoshop. Do you have any event handlers installed that are triggered by a save or save as events?

The png is accessible by everybody. I only used Photoshop to save these files.

I don't have any event handlers installed.

Check the folder that it's saving to. Maybe it's going to a different, more restricted folder.

I checked, it's the right folder I'm trying to save to.
