Photoshop has failed to initialize since I updated it yesterday to 22.3. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Using older versions. Nothing seems to be working, any help would be greatly appreciated.

When things get into a mess like this, the Cleaner tool usually sorts it out.
