I have recently subscribed to CC and have only had issues opening adobe applications. Everytime I get the error "Could not complete your request due to a program error" that just keeps building on itself. What can I do to correct this? I have installed the latest versions and even tried older versions all with the same result.

Hi!

Have you checked to see if your Graphics Processor is either not compatible or if it needs to be updated to work with the latest version? Here is a link that will give you some more information to work with:

Let us know if this works or if you are still having issues.

I ended up getting it sorted by deleting the Adobe GCC client folder and that fixed everything. Not sure if that was the way to go, but it worked.
