unable to use photoshop because it wants my cloud images and I want to use images on my computer

when opening PS I suddenly find that photoshop opens a dialogue telling me there are no cloud images I don't have any cloud images and want to use those on my computer   I am unable to get past this msg   And photoshop is frozen so I cznnot take a picture of the msg  I use task manager to close it

Hi Roger,

That does not sound good, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop and the operating system you're using?

Could you please try resetting the preferences of Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

Note: Make sure that you back up all your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences. Migrate presets, actions, and settings
