Unable to use pinch zoom in Photoshop on HP Envy

After updating I am no longer able to pinch to zoom. I have gestures enable, as well I tried the zoom with scroll wheel but it doesn't work well, and I attempted to confirm GPU acceleration was on but I'm unable to go to advance settings. What else should I look into?

Same here my pinch zoom on a macbook pro is unuseable now since update. It stutters and lags...
