Unable to use skin smoothness

Hello everyone

These days, I have to use neural filters to retouch the images, but they can’t produce skin smoothness layers normally. (Similar to the image below)

Is it my photoshop value adjustment error?

Difficult to say. What resolution (pixel size) are the images, and how much of the image does the face occupy?

Have you tried it on a portrait where the face is most of the the image?

I don't have much experience with that feature, but it does seem to work well for me.
