Uninstalled Photoshop, reinstalled but still crashes whenever I open it

I've uninstalled Photoshop CC2020, reinstalled but still crashes whenever I open it. 

My iMac is November 2019 model and all other applications work perfectly fine.

Anybody else had this? Anyone have any ideas?

Also, are you facing this issue after the recent update of Photoshop? You may try reset Photoshop preferences and see if that helps. For resetting Photoshop preferences, check out the article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/using/preferences.html#AdjustpreferencesinPhotoshop
