Unknow error - QUICK EXPORT AS A PNG won't work

The QUICK EXPORT AS A PNG and the EXPORT AS functions won't work. I try to using a shortcut and the menu itself, same result.

The dialog windows open, I can select the folder, export the file, but the file won't appear on my folder.

I already "RESET THE PREFERENCES ON QUIT", restart windows - nothing works. I don't want to reinstall the app :(.
