I keep getting an unknown error when I'm trying to save my document if I go to quick export to png it never works. if I go to "export as" it always comes up unable due to unknown system error. I have however noticed that in file type when it does this it says GIF which it shouldn't, but it won't let me change the file type.
If I go to save as a new document I get the same error.
I'm running Photoshop 22.1.0 on the latest MacPro with Apples Graphic Card
AMD Radeon Pro Vega II, 32 GB. So, nothing unusual on this system to cause this problem; in fact, I believe its hardware that should have been tested with this version 22.1.0 update that is promoting better GPU integration. The only way I can use Photoshop now is by disabling the GPU. I think this is inexcusable. What operating system and hardware does it work on Adobe?
