I got a new bug.
When i start Photoshop it just takes and takes all my ram i have (32GB)
If i keep it open over one minute it reaches my maximum ram and my pc freezes.
Even if i put in presets the ram usage down, it still do the same
I already uninstalled it and reinstalled it,
i even resetted my windows system to default, still same issue.

(i don't have to open a file that this happens, just opening photoshop makes this issue)

ON WINDOWS:
go to:
%APPDATA%\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021\Adobe Photoshop 2021 Settings
there u put the file like on mac, like other said before-
then you're able to run Photoshop again!
Damn what a annoying bug!
