Unwanted wrapping when free transforming

Hi guys!
Lately I have experienced a problem with free transforming. I have a simple object on the layer that I want to transform. When I push it a bit further like on the screenshot attached it starts to bend/wrap a the far edge.
All I want is to change perspective and skew it a little. This bending/wrapping effect of the object is totally unwaned and annoying.



I tried manually using "Skew" and "Perspective" option in Free Transform tool but the problem still appears.

Does anyone know how to handle it and turn it off?
