Update 22.4 All pluin icons are missing after last update. And ruller became cutted and double.

After last update all plugin icons are misssing. Tried to enable old functionality in Preferences>Technology previews>Deactivate Native Canvas. This can be checked and Photoshop restarted to restore functions to where they were in 22.3 but it doesn't work. 

Graphic bugs are very annoying alongside with save as change.

Sorry to hear about this, could you please try updating Photoshop to version 22.4.1 through the Creative Cloud app and let us know if it helps?
