The Creative cloud desktop application should install your extension when it install Photoshop 22. Your presets can be migrated during the install or after you install 22 using menu Edit>Presets>Migrate Presets. However, Adobe Photoshop Installer does not migrate your third Party Plug-ins and the scripts you installed into Photoshop 21.2.4. You need to Install your scripts and third party plug-ins into Photoshop after you install Photoshop 22....Also if you add a PSUserConfig.txt to your 21.2.4 preferences folder you also need to add that to your Photoshop 22 Preferences.
