My Creative Cloud just updated Photoshop to 2021 and when I open it only a piece of the image is visible. I can zoom in and out, but cannot see whole image. I tried restting to defaults and it didn't work. Also tools aren't working, some files won't open at all! This is really problematic. We have work to do. HELP! The attached image is a 8.5 x ll image.
