When i try to download PH i get an error. i have to update my sistem. but windows is up to date so... yeah

That's a very weird message because  6.2.9200 is actually Windows 8. I guess something - perhaps the Creative Cloud app - was set to run in Compatibility Mode. No, I don't have a solution, but perhaps it may move closer to one.
