Updated to photoshop 2020 and plugin's are gone... how to reinstall photoshop 2017???

eyecnady and portraiture plugin's are unable to install.  Is it possible to go back to photoshop 2017 from 2020 in creative cloud?  I can go back only to 2019. any ideas?

adobe only supplies the current version and the previous version of its programs, but you may be able to find older versions by searching prodesigntools.com or even checking adobe's direct download page.
