Upgraded PS 2020 and lost all my custom actions

I had PhotoShop 2020 CC, and upgarted to the latest ver. I had a ton of custom Actions. Now i do not see them. is there a way to get them back?

Useless you saved your custom actions I don't think there is, do you have version 2019 installed and are your actions set-up in that version, if so you should be able to save and import them into 2020

Going forward it's always a good idea to backup your custom settings
