Upon file save I get Program Error and can't save it! Help!!

Been using PS for almost as long as I've been alive! This is the first time I've had this issue when trying to save a PSD/PSB. I don't get a specific error code so no help there. It just says Cannot save due to Program Error. I have updated, rebooted, uninstalled all versions of PS, re-installed, booted.....still getting the error! 

Win10, Threadripper CPU, 1080GPU, 64gb ram, plenty of hd space. Asus mobo. Running latest PS.

I'm getting the same.  I've stopped, restarted Photoshop (did not work), restarted computer (didn't work), uninstalled Photoshop & reinstalled it--still getting 'program error'.

I'm having to resort to using Photoshop 2019 to get work finished...
