Use Graphics Processor greyed out (legit copy of PS)

Most of the topics I opened and read involved a fake copy of PS so they did not receive the help they needed, or the topics talk about a different CPU, GPU, or something else.

Yesterday this worked perfectly fine, today Scrubby Zoom and Use Graphics Processor are both greyed out, it tells me "Photoshop detected an error in your display driver. Update or reinstall driver and check Use Graphics Processor to retry". There isn't even the option of OpenGL.

The driver is already up to date but I reinstalled the drivers anyway but no change. Could this have anything to do with my motherboards RAM slots not working properly? I will get it sent in for RMA here soon anyway.

Here is some system info, I'm not sure where to find the other huge list of info I see on other threads.
