Is there a way to use the known/measured point spread function of my camera to sharpen an image in Photoshop?  Perhaps there's a plugin available for this?  Thank you!

Filter > Sharpen > Shake Reduction is probably the closest match.

Filter > Sharpen > Smart Sharpen is more generic.
