v 20.0.7 can´t export images lower than 10%

Hi there,

in PS v.20.0.7 on Win10pro x64 using 'export as...' and trying to scale a 2000x2000px to 150x150px it makes me a 200x200px.

Seems it´s not possible to scale less than 10%.

IMHO this is a serious bug.

As a workaround you can either :

a. Use Export >Save for Web (Legacy)

or

b. Use Image Size before Export As , then step back in history to restore size after exporting
