vanishing point photoshop export to vpe

I´m trying to export a photo with vanishing point filter as vpe to after effects.

I can make the grid (every grid is blue) and I am able to click on "export to After Effects (vpe)".

But after I clicked it i get the message: "Couldn´t finish process".

I tried it with several photos. 

Any ideas or solutions?

my system:

iMac Catalina 10.15.7

Photoshop Version 22.2 (with Adobe Creative Cloud)
