Vector Drawn on Ipad Fresco can't be edited in Photoshop?

Hi,

I created a simple vector drawing on ipad. I saved it on the Creative Cloud.

I wanted to edit the vector on a desktop.

I loaded the same file on MacOS Photoshop from the CCloud.

The file opened. The vector layer is visible but none of its vector features are available - I can't use the arrow tool (black or white) to choose points and manipulate the path of the shape. Am I missing anything?

To clarify, the original vector drawing was drawn using Fresco.
