I did a log off on my account this past Saturday, and today I tried to log on again...So they sent me a verification code, but it didn´t arrive at my email (not even on span folder), so I asked for a new code. And as soon as I received (less than 30 seconds I think?) I inserted the code but it didn´t work...So I asked for another one...the same...didn´t work...
I need to open the Photoshop to finish an important work but I am unable to enter in my own account...What can I do to solve this problem?
After I tried for the third code, it was written to wait until ask for another code...How many hours I have to wait for this?
Please, help me!
