Version difference

Hello, Photoshop cc 2015 is recommended to me. How is it different from the latest 2020 version?

The difference would be all the features (and the bugs) introduced since Photoshop CC 2015 became obslete. 

Why is Photoshop CC 2015 »recommended to you«?

They say it is better optimized and more user-friendly

Optimized towards what? A specific OS, processor, GPU, …? 

I quite frankly cannot recall a significant change in user friendiness.

But I guess some features (like Select > Subject) in Photoshop 2020 might, depending on the images and the worfflow, provide advantages compared to CC 2015.

For starters, CC2015 is no longer available via the Creative Cloud app and Adobe have removed links for that version, only versions 2019 and 2020 are available via the CC app
