Your GPU was released in 2013, both Photoshop version 21.2 and Camera Raw version 12.4 have issues detecting some old and not so old GPU's.

You could try reverting back to Camera Raw 11.4.1 to see if that fixes the issue

but the problem persists.
Also, my other computer graphics card is 660 gtx, but I have no problem.
