Video editing in Photoshop (only hearing audio and video not appearing)

Hi,

When playing files from my GoPro & Iphone with file extenstions ".mp4" & ".MOV" on photoshop 20.0.9 on Windows, I can only hear the audio and cannot see the video. This is so strange as I used the same files to edit and render the same videos 2 hours ago and they woked perfectly well. These videos do play on media player etc. However, now no video file is playing on photoshop for me (that is I am only hearing the audio & not seeing the video).

May be unknowingly I have messed up some settings. Could you please help me sort this problem out.
