Video Timeline help

When I'm using the video timeline in Photoshop CC ver 22.3.1 and I try to select the beginning of a video I have on the timeline, the Start/Duration window pops up and covers the start of the video. Other videos I've watched, the Start/Duration opens above the  video track.  How do I move this window?
