Wacom pen it's not working properly on adobe apps

My Photoshop and Illustrator are not recognizing the shortcuts I set in the driver of my wacom tablet. The buttons are set to eraser and pencil, but when I press then in photoshop, it doesn't do the action I set to do.

The pen pressure works fine and it happens only in adobe apps.

I tried:
Unchecking using windows ink or windows ink configs in wacom driver and in windows configs.

Creating a file called “PSUserConfig.txt” with the lines

           - # Use WinTab
            - UseSystemStylus 0

Updating the tablet driver

Adding information:
I am talking about the shortcuts set on the pen's buttons, since my tablet does not have any.

I know nothing about Illustrator here how I configure Windows 10, Photoshop and Wacom Intuso. Do not install Wacom driver 6.3.42-2 install older 6.3.41-1
