I've installed the newest version of the watermark palette into Photoshop CC.
The palette works fine, but I have two problems that reocurr after relaunching Photoshop:
1) It always asks, "Would you like to see the help video for Watermark now?"
2) It fails to load the last used (and saved) settings.
How do I fix these two problems?
Thanks,
Drew

I thought I fixed that. What version are you using? Make sure it is 2.2.2. You can use the panel menu to see your current version.

The version that I just installed is 2.2.1.
The watermark palette is available from two links on page
http://www.russellbrown.com/scripts.html
The "download file" link and the "watermark palette" link.
Both download version 2.2.1.

Drew

Where can I find version 2.2.2?
I only see version 2.2.1.

Drew

Yes, I see that as well. Let me see where the Dr. put the 2.2.2 version.

Version 2.2.2 installs and works fine in CC & CS5 64.
It installs in CS5 32, but the "Would you like to see the help video for Watermark now?" question appears after each launch.

Drew

New computer.
Windows 10.
Still using Adobe Photoshop CS5.
I'm unable to install Adobe Watermark 2.2.2. Adobe Extension Manager says:
"The extension 'Adobe Watermark' does not contain valid signature. The extension will not be installed."
How do I override the requirement for a valid signature or get a valid signature?
Thanks!

You need to edit a windows registry key
but not having photoshop cs5 I can not help you about it
wait for someone who has already done this for photoshop cs5.

(...) get a valid signature?
By @compupix
That's not possible except if you are the developer. You could try this: https://specctr.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201180226-Can-t-Install-no-valid-signature-

Extension Manager preference: "Show warning when installing unsigned ZXP extensions" checked or not made no difference. That was the only option available from within Extension Manager.
I updated to Photoshop 12.0.5 and was still unable to run the Extension Manager 5.5.1 update.

On Windows. Checked on CS6.
Unpack the Adobe_Watermark.zxp archive (rename zxp to zip).
Copy the Adobe Watermark folder and four files in it
Watermark.jsx
Watermark.swf
WatermarkNormal.png
WatermarkRollover.png
to folder "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)\Plug-ins\Panels".
For CS5, select the appropriate path.
Restart Photoshop.

Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit) doesn’t have a Panels folder in:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit)\Plug-ins
Nor in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Plug-ins
I did find 2 empty Panels folders:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit)\Locales\en_US\Support Files\Panels
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Locales\en_US\Support Files\Panels

Hmm :).
Create the "Panels" folder yourself.

I copied:
Adobe Watermark.swf
Adobe WatermarkNormal.png
Adobe WatermarkRollover.png
Adobe Watermark.jsx
To new folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Plug-ins\Panels
Told CS5 to add that new Panels folder as an “Additional Plug-Ins Folder.”
I restarted Photoshop and don’t see the new panel or how to activate it. (I also tried looking for the new panel without telling Photoshop where to look for it.)

It is not necessary to specify an additional folder for plugins.
Menu-> Window-> Extensions have you looked?
important:
You copied to a 32-bit photoshop folder. Which of the two Photoshop are you running?
I gave parameters for x64 photoshop.

I created a new folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5\Plug-ins\Panels\Adobe Watermark
and placed those 4 files into the new Adobe Watermark folder.
Now the 32 bit version of CS5 sees the Watermark Panel!
So, I'll copy those steps over to the 64 bit program files.
Creating:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5 (64 Bit)\Plug-ins\Panels\Adobe Watermark
And jackpot!
Thanks All!
