I get this weird default text when I add a new text layer every since I downloaded a text plug in package.

Does anyone know where the default text file folder would be located to allow me to change it back to a default "text" or "enter text here" when I open the layer instead of deleting this wall of Latin text. Or something if my choice at least lol

The Adobe new default. You can turn that off in your Photoshop preferences type section un-check place holder text.
