What is going on with 2020 21.2.2.

I downloaded the updates yesterday and I'm having a lot of problems. Unfortunately, I dumped 2019. Everything just stops working. It does not crash, just nothing I edit shows up. My actions act like they're running, but nothing happens to the image. Help! This is super annoying.  BTW, restarting PS did nothing.

Have you tried resetting the preferences? Look for the Reset Preferences On Quit button within the General tab of the Photoshop Preferences.

This is not a fix but a possible work around. It's possible to have multiple versions of Photoshop simultaneously installed. Open up the Creative Cloud app, install a previous version and use it until you can get 21.2.2 working properly.

I actually tried reverting to previous 2019 today and am having the same problem.   So frustrated!   I updated my Catalina too, to see if it was something in there.

Have you tried resetting the preferences? Do so even for the version that you just installed.
