I have been using old laptop for many years, I'm worried what is minimum system requirement to run the latest Adobe Photoshop. Looking forward for best answer.

Also, you need "SSE 4.2" for your CPU chip. This was first included in high end chips in 2013. See https://www.filterforge.com/forum/read.php?TID=16138&MID=156423
