I recently updated my computer and photoshop and now when I hit Command + Save, it doesn't save and instead this talking box comes up. How do I turn that off?

I haven't seen that one before.

  • What version of Photoshop are you running (exact)?
  • What is your macOS and computer setup?
  • Are you editing a video?

And it talks? What does it say? Is it part of a plug-in? Can you show a screen shot that includes that dialog plus the entire PS window?

It's a MacOS Utility and that's the  pop-up voice controller.  This should help you disable this feature.
