Sometimes when I crop a photo and then resize it, 1px on the edges of the photo is grayed out. To avoid this, I have to resize the photo to 2px more than I want, then crop off the excess. So, for example, if I have cropped a photo to 600px wide and want to resize it to 500px wide, I have to resize to 502px wide and then go in and crop those edges. How can this be avoided?
