I have an equirectangular image with good colour and contarst. When I use Photoshop's 3D menu and open the image as a sheprical panorama the colours become wildly red and blue - super saturated and contrasty. I have tried importing as panorama and converting layer to anorama...both results in the same distorted image. I am using Photoshop 20.0.4 on a Macbook Pro running Mojave (I recently updated from High Sierra - where i had the same problem).
Any advice greatly appreciated, thanks.

I do not see that with the Image you posted which seems poor or an incomplete image. Have tot tried resetting your Photoshop Tools and Preferences.
