Hello! I have an AMD Ryzen 5 1600X CPU , 24 GB Ram and NVME hard drive.
When I use the shake reduction filter and while photoshop is processing the preview, my CPU clock speed drops from the normal 3.4 Ghz to 1.8Ghz and keeps that speed until the preview is rendered.
My power settings in Windows 10 are to "ultimate performance" and "game mode" is off. I have tried to find and disable any kind of throttling features.
