According to the Adobe FAQ page, all neural filters will be vailable from Mac OS 10.15 onwards. We are already up to Mac OS 11.2.1 and still some of the Filters are not available.
Does anyone, including Adobe, have any indication of when the remaining Neural Filters will be available or, is there some other place (apart from FAQ page) that is more up to date on progress of releases?
