Where is Clear & Normal Mode nested under in Keyboard Shortcuts?

I want to change the hotkeys for the normal/clear mode so I can toggle between them faster. I can't find them :<

Unfortunately, there are some keyboard shortcuts that adobe chose not to be user changeable and those are among them.

In the latest versions of photoshop one can use the Tilde key to toggle between Painting (Normal) and Erasing (Clear).
