I really really need help. A white line keeps appearing around the deep-etched image when I merge the deep-etched image to another layer then crop it to 666x1000 72 dpi. It does not appear when it was not cropped yet. It also doesn't appear when the layers were crop without merging

This is the image when layers were merge then cropScreen Shot 2021-05-12 at 4.53.34 pm.png

And this one without merging

I really need to merge the two layers as it stands for her shadow and that's what the client's want

What is a deepetched image how are they created can you post examples of deepetched image files? Cropping one to 666px x 1000px  72 dpi just means the crop will print  9.25" by 13.9" was the 333:500 aspect ratio crop interpolated to 72ppi?
