Why doesn't the preset manager show up in the dropdown menu for the Swatch in PS 2020

Why doesn't the swatch show up in the preset manager anymore in photoshop 2020. I want to clear my swatches and I tried rto find them using present manager. Its not in the drop down menue no more and when i find it else where the swatch isn't an option either?

In 2020 Adobe added several new Palettes and move management support of many presets types out or the Preset managers to old an new palettes. I believe 2020 Preset Manager only supports Contour and tool preset management left in it. Use the swatch Palettes fly-out menu panel.

Thank you for you advice.  I figures out away to do what I wanted.  The flyout mune in the swich wasn't any use to me on this occation though.
