Why has Photoshop Brushes gone insane on latest app updates?

Photoshop's last 2 rounds of updates have introduced 'wet' and 'dual' controls on brushes which is driving me insane.

Now whenever I load a brush I cannot for the life of me get the darn thing to work.

No matter how much 'resetting' and 'standard brush' setting up I do I cannot get a brush to simply go from point a to point b without fading out and disappearing half way through.

what on earth is going on here?

Jobs that should take 10 seconds are taking me..... well they can't be completed at all actually because the silly brush just doesn't work anymore...!

Hi, new updates have bugs it is good to revert back to the version which is working fine for you yet...regards
