Why is my Photoshop so expensive every month?

Every month adbobe takes out about $150 a month when I'm only using Photoshop to draw. This month is the following:

I have no idea what any of this means but can someone please tell me what's going on? It should be $150 a month when I've only selected the $20.99 a month plan. I feel like I'm paying for something I don't even want.

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS FEE 

That's not an Adobe charge.  That's your bank charging you for not having enough funds in your debit account to cover the charges.
