WINDOWS - can't open Jpeg saved with PS - The file has been moved or renamed

i'm on windows - I try to save my work in jpeg but after i save it and try to open it the jpeg open blank with this message "The file has been moved or renamed" if i import on a PS project i can see it but not in the windows photo preview.

anyone can help ?

Have you tried a different image viewer to view the images
