Windows can't open the Photoshop File icon is changed

1. When i click my psd file this is showing

New Picture.jpg

2.And "Select a profram from a list of installed programs" the file opened, but my psd icon is changed. I don't like this . please hlep me

First of all set Windows to show (not hide) file extensions. Not knowing the extension is working blind:

Then go into Windows settings and make sure that particular file type (extension) is set to open in Photoshop:
