Working with Photoshop CC offline

Hi all-

With the new version of Photoshop CC 2019, it seems that I cannot open the software at all if I'm offline. I get a message that reads:

Is it possible to work in Photoshop, or any other Adobe software, offline anymore?

If you are on an annual plan, paid in full you have to be online once every 90 days to validate your account. If you are on a monthly payment plan, then that means every month.

Once you have verified your account, you can continue to work offline without an internet connection until it needs to verify again.
