Workspace

Since the latest update I am having issues with workspace - every time I open photoshop either directly of via Bridge my workspace is not displayed.

I am seeing this.. (in this case I have opened via bridge to layer 2 images)

Instead of this.... I have to keep going to WIndow>workspace> reset Workspace2021

Its very annoying - plus my clone and brush tools still randomly stop working mid edit and I have to close photoshopopen the whole thing up again ( and rest my workspace)

Any suggestions as to the cause and a possible solution?

Note: My husband is now experiening the workspace issues as well on his laptop - although his brush and clone tools appear to be fine.
