Write access

Cannot save psd file "write access not granted". I have changed permissions on the external hd, the file and the image. A LOT of work on this file. Catalina, mac ps 2020.

Hi, please post the contents of help>system info, so that we get to know your OS, its version, the exact version of Photoshop you are running, the date of the GPU driver, etc.

And - can you save it to the desktop if you choose that? 

And - what is the path to the folder where it isn't saving?
